BALLET
A classical form of dance and a strong technical base for all other dance forms. Our classes teach poise, body awareness, alignment, muscle control, grace, balance and flexibility.
ACRO/GYMNASTIC DANCE
Our acro dance classes combines dance with gymnastic tumbling. Great for developing increased flexibility and balance!
LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY
Our Contemporary and Lyrical class is a fusion of ballet and jazz techniques. Contemporary dance challenges choreographers and dancers to use motion to interpret music and express emotion.
A lyrical dancer's movements attempt to show the meaning of the music. Contemporary is a very passionate and emotional dance style. It portrays certain emotions such as love, and tells a story
